What is your return policy?

       We want all of our brides to be fully satisfied with their purchase. For this reason all U.S. orders are guaranteed under our Risk Free return policy. Any U.S. order may be returned for any reason within 10 days of purchase. Upon request, a return shipping label will also be provided to you so that you can return your veil for free easily. The veil must be unused and in its original condition, and have all its tags still attached. Any veil returned without tags or with cut/altered tags will be assumed worn and not eligible for a refund.

What if I need to change my order?

       We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at (626) 869-6543, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (PT).

 What is the difference between your Americana™ tulle and Cashmere Soft™ tulle?

       Our Americana tulle is a more structured tulle that provides a fuller, voluminous look. By contrast, our Cashmere Soft tulle has more drape and a silky soft feel to it.
